you have to update ...
you have to update or replace the firmeware after so many deletes an syncs or it will freeze up and if it dont come on you done fucked it up unless you get it fixed or replaced

its alright but ...
its alright but after a while, it freezes A LOT! i mean its ridiculous. now mines wont even start up anymore. so if u want an mp4 that u don't plan on having for a long time, then here ya go.

The creative Zen is awesome! The removable memory card is probably the best part, you can change the amount of memory whenever you want.
