    Mozy S**ks ! I've had it for two years and I recently switched to a new computer and their servers deleted the backups I had completed with my old computer...all 160gigs of data disappeared from their backup servers. Also, Mozy's website is always down...it's been down all day today. Their tech support is a JOKE! They don't even know how Mozy works. I am so fed up that I am days from canceling my account. They need to get over their Starbucks culture and get serious about business.
