Thanks for the info. Now that I think of it they do sound like french horns, although I couldn't recognize it at first. I mentioned the trumpet in one of my comments cus I play the trumpet, so I decided to go with that instead of just singing.

Thanks for at least not being a hater, those kinds of people are just annoying. If you don't like it, then I guess you don't like it and there's pretty much nothing I can do to change it. If you didn't know they do have new age albums that aren't christmas albums if that's what you prefer.

IMHO stands for In My Humble Opinion (capitals added for clarity), something to which everyone is entitled including you and that's fine that you like the song. I personally just can't stand it. There is no precise definition of what makes a good Christmas song, but a lot of those early eighties analog synthesizer experiments were, as is often the case with early experimentation, just quite bad.

Why is that. Does only singing or playing the trumpet merit a good Christmas song? I have no problem with this song at all even being a youngster, not that age matters much. I still enjoy a Bing Crosby song to go along with these guys. By the way as just a question what does IMHO stand for, I haven't seen that one before.
