To get to this place, you must follow the path you would normally take to get to the Terminal in this level(See the location here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-b2gGhXHXs )

When you are there, there is a long dark hallway, with a pit at the bottom and a beam of light shooting accross. You must Grenade jump to the ledge accross, 1 Grenade is very hard, get a friend to throw a second nade' and it will be much easier. When you get there, try jumping to the left in that covered platform. At the end of the platform is the guy, shine your flashlight on the figure and behold, Jason Jones floating in his boxers!
