Hacking Tip: Hide Your IP Address

So if I have this enabled, can I also hide my IP while using FireFTP?

would this work with say some sort of software client, say for instance a gaming software, what im trying to see is if this will change my ip address for not only browsing through IE or Firefox but any programs that I have to use that would connect to their server,nice vid thanks

well i dont know much but i think your security policy is in windows firewall or maybe whatever other firewall you have running...so your firewall settings needs chaning up a little...to verify that the problem is with your firewall you should disable it then try to download a file if the file downloads then the problem is with your firewall.... remember to enable it again!!!

had can anyone please help me. i have noticed that when i download a link like this one it gives me the save file option but wont open it. it says under tools and downloads THIS DOWNLOAD HAS BEEN BLOCKED BY YOUR SECURITY POLICY. please can you help.

Yeah, if you do run into any problems with it, disable it and restart your web browser. I did find that it made surfing the web a little slower, so I disabled mine and tried to keep surfing but it ran into erros. So I restarted firefox and after that it ran normal.
