PPS: If you don't have a garlic crusher, place the garlic clove on your counter and smack it with the flat section of a large knife. Alternatively you can use any flat surface and hit the clove. Then the peel will come off easy and you can finely chop it ;)

PS: Use olive oil instead of vegetable oil- it's got a sweeter flavour and will make your food taste great ;).
