spiritualpie...looks like you are one of the groupies of the band....I absolutely admire their music..its one of the best ever from the indian rock scene....but their live show was disappointing....either their frontman needs to come up with a better act..his stage presence was shittt...or they need to bring back Anand....when it comes to rock ....ur live shows need to rock fuckin hard dude...else they stand to lose their real "rock" fans...i hope they listen to their fans....

it's ok as long as there are lots out there who likes them live.

if anand is back.. im sure headed there again.. maybe thatll infuse some energy in their sloppy stage-selves. make no mistake, i love avial.. but their live act was a total let down..

i saw avial at IRock Blore recently, and they lt me down. Their performance was nowhere close to the incredibly well produced album they ve brought out. The vocals sucked..there was no stage energy.. and the entire performance (minus the drums)gave one the impression that it was put up for the heck of it.

Best Indian bassist, probably, but unfortunately for us, there are better ones on the Western side.

The guy is a beast though, no doubt.

Avial is truly original music and they deserve true appreciation , am leaving you with the kind of people you could find around agreeing your point of view.

...SO what i believe is reproducing sounds involved in any track in any live performance has its life if those are originated from the band and avial had produced distinct ,original,genuine and new sound waves that has been recognized by the people around the globe and we could witness few souls doubting abt what they hear and see in front of their eyes.

mr. amarnag i saw their live too,and if u are aware of the fact that when someone has created and played some music in the studio to compose a song and when the same track is played before the crowd with some of its backing and supporting sounds being regenerated in the stage is what they have originally being composed.This has been adopted by many bands such as pink floyd , rush ,coldplay and many more.

i saw avial live. even in a 'live' performance they use these samples that are there in the original recording. if half the stuff is pre-recorded what's the point of a live performance? also, while the song is original, i doubt that the samples are played by the band members, so where did they lift these from?

Naresh Kamath is the best bassist out there... period. Listen to all the songs on this album - and not on the tiny computer speakers (please!). Hook it onto the big speakers, grab a 6-pack, sit back, relax and enjoy!
