    His technique is flawless...I'm also a NASM CPT with NYSC and I also incorporate these exercises they are sound & proven effective with my clients. I normally like add a 45 LBS. plate when doing the Russian Twist; that's for advance participate.

    lukewillzz its all about the diet. Search for a cutting diet. You can do ab exercises till you're blue it wont show your abs. Shed the fat by proper diet and enough cardio.
