You really don't need all of the electronics, that simply complicates it... I made a marshmallow cannon out of pvc and simply used a pvc ball valve, available at any home depot, and a car tire valve which i found at pep boys, or any tire shop, it's pretty sweet. And easy, plus, i used an electric air compressor (luckily it was just lying around my garage) and it was much faster.

needs an auto loading feature with a cartridge of shirts for full auto or a bolt action system. it'd be good at like football games just throw random free t-shirts into the crowd

shradder valve buy from auto store is easier

to have a fill valve that you can pull the air source off of and still have pressure, just use the fill nipple off a paintball tank. you can find these and the quick connectors at any paintball shop or online store.

mod the valve for it to open up 5 times faster improving preformence and saves money since theres no neeed for electronics just serch it up or cheak my favs

My Dad and I made something very similar to your t-shirt launcher, but we wanted one that looked closer to a pirate ship cannon, and used it to launch safe confetti into crowds during the parade where my pirate ship parade float (The Black 'Ray) was featured. The only thing we did different is mine is straight, painted, sits on a wood base, swivels for better firing range, and is pumped up with an electric air compressor.

...seems like you could use LP gas & a spark igniter for a grill (instead of compressed air) and (1)reload much quicker, (2)shoot out a flaming T-shirt & (3)get post traumatic stress syndrome all in short order.

OH..on a side note to that.. we have a 2 gallon tank we put compressed air in. It'll keep the compressed air in it for quite a long time and it's good for two or three shots.

My son made something like this to shoot confetti for my Karaoke shows, but he didn't use a solenoid. Instead he used a butterfly valve. (A big red one) The barrel of the air gun is just big enough so that if you rolled up a Tshirt you could stick one in there and shoot it quite a ways away, although I'm not sure if it'll reach the distance yours does. (Shoots confetti all over the place, though!)

well, suposing i use this in a show, and want to throw t-shirts, this could only throw one every 5 min of pumping... it will be cool if you attached a little emergency car 12v compresor, with a battery or something, then put it in a little car so you just push it and throw, load it, push it and throw... and aim those t-shirts at me :)

theres a lot simpler ways to make that with no electronics or solinoid
