This unlikely trio astounded the audience at the 2007 Grammys. Corinne Bailey Rae, John Legend, and John Mayer took the stage together and each artist sang one of their songs while being accompanied by the other two. Rae started with "Like A Star" followed by a gorgeous "Coming Home" by John Legend. Rae harmonizing on the chorus with Legend was chill-inducing and brought me to tears. The medley ended with "Gravity" by John Mayer, who performed a wicked guitar solo before picking up the Grammy for best male pop vocal album.

    Truely awe inspiring musicians! Corinne Bailey Rae has such a sweet yet affective voice, and her song with John Mayer's guitar was incredible. John Legend with his powerful and gentle song, backed by vocals that made the harmony chilling. & John Mayer, with his amazing song, and the expression that leaps from his voice and guitar... I love it. They all compliment each other so well. They should write together.
