You've just said your guys the (Socom) buy crap weapons that doesnt make sense, a crap weapon for a crap army I think you mean... lol.The SAS use MP5's which are much better for CC(close combat) And obviously the Yanks wanted to buy the best weapons suited for them regarless of price, the M16A2. End of this lil kiddy discussion.
By FletcherAviation [Affiliate User] 1225023435 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Remove... man, you're a F**king moron hahaha... Why do you think the Limey guns are so commonly used? LOW PRICE, dipshit. And hell, SAS uses OUR M16 platform, wtf does that tell ya, asshat? Go grab and book and get a role model, you silly C**t
hahahahahaha
(Oh, and SOCOM's got about 4x as many sucessful large and small-scale ops under their belt. SAS is good n' all, but SOCOM beyond their league, kiddo. Thats like comparing a garden spider to a tarantula. go rub weiners with ur mom some more lol)
'M16A2>brit crap guns ' dumbass, there the most commonly used guns in the war for the Allies, the SAS are better than the SOCOMS you guys are just so jealous you stupid idiot. Learn, the SAS are the best in the world, the Yanks choose to use the M16A2's the brits didnt make them.

By Binettube123 [Affiliate User] 1224795330 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveDude they don't work under SOCOM, they're a part of it. SOCOM is just the command that special operations make up.
By Doofi57 [Affiliate User] 1224536013 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI know SOCOM's more hardcore than your grandmas' titanium dentures. SAS and SEALS both have their areas, but SOCOM is made of pure decimation. Hell, SAS works under 'em on occasion as well. Algamation groups are a horrifying thing to see in action, you've got the best of the best teamed up with the goal to make their heads rock.
Also, got to meet some Royal Marines in Iraq. Cool mofos, deserving of respect from our Corps as well. Not too keen on those crap rifles, tho. M16A2>brit crap guns
doubtful emma - it could lead to them being detected by the enemy ;) That's not to say they are/not, but it's doubtful. Besides, they carry emergency beacons (TACB's) should they get into trouble.
By parsonssi [Affiliate User] 1223933086 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveJust to clarify - the SAS is the Special Air Service, and forms one regular regiment and 2 volunteer (TA) regiments in the ARMY. The SBS is the Special Boat Service, a unit within the Royal MARINES. SAS are specially trained for air insertion, but also have boat-troops, who conduct maritime operations. SBS are maritime warfare specialists, but also operate on land just like the rest of the Royal Marines.

By aliker84 [Affiliate User] 1221581462 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveDont know why you guy's are arguing about what the sas do or dont do, this program tells you what they do. So just listen and you'll learn what they do cos they tell you about it. If you want to learn more about the SAS and SBS there are books from the Troopers and Swimmer Canoeist's that tell you their story's.
By saspete [Affiliate User] 1221567283 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeare they microchipped when they're on a mission?
By EmmaCharlotteStubbs [Affiliate User] 1219925447 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveNo, i never said they were MORE ELITE and neither did i say they were LESS ELITE, dont twist my words. But im saying that there is a SBS which gets mostly all of the sea missions for it is mainly trained on the sea missions. I know the SAS do have minor/regular sea training, but i said that there is an SBS and a SAS, where you said that SBS IS SAS, which it is not.
