dude this is real crucial. A punch starts with your feet moves up your legs to your back, shoulders, arms, and finally your fist. If you don't have a good stance your punch power will suffer alot and you might even lose balance once you punch the guy

good instruction from a guy who obviously know's how to teach what he's learned over a career of fighting and training, he appears humble confident and knowledgable. any body can benefit from that type of learning environment, iv'e heard of Frank cucci before and he is a professional all good stuff. outstanding class, simple, basic, and informative. that's how a good military period of instruction is done!
