    Ms. Philippines was wearing a white fully beaded mermaid serpentina gown during the preliminaries and her gown was stolen during the finals.
    I will not contest If Ash won the crown she truly deserved it. But this would have been a close fight bet The Philippines and India if Cara made it to the top 5.
