    u can. right click on it..properties.now highlight and COPY the LOCATION. exit out.NEW SHORTCUT.PASTE YOUR COPYED FILE IN TASK BAR. THEN ADD A BACK SLASH.select what u named file .done now you can change icon on the copy and rename. let me no if it works m8
