omg i never knew who this women was until 10 sec ago i saw her on the news and i thought holy S**t thats a nice rack how in the world does a women with those perfect tittys end up breast feeding some ppl on the news, when that baby grows up he/she has something to be happy about, she needs to breast feed me next

This was very touching. Breastfeeding is as natural as anything good in life.

Only in THIS country are we so obsessed with sexuality and sensuality that we can't see the beautiful simplicity of this. If I had a baby and were unable to nurse it myself, OF COURSE I would want someone else to breastfeed. Truly should be a no-brainer. Are (some) American women so immature to really be bothered by this??? Un-freakin-believable.

I'll give a kidney to someone in need. I'll donate blood. But nursing a starving child - that grosses you out? Grow the hell up, people.

have none of you naysayers ever heard of wet-nurses? in the 19th century, it was done all the time! and yes, I agree, it's just nourishment and the best kind there is - and it has nothing to do with sex, NOTHING! Grow up! If the US hadn't promoted formula, and discouraged breastfeeding for so many years, the malnutrition of the previous generation probably wouldn't have happened.

I'm really touched at this..

The baby was very sick and his mother's milk had dried up due to her own malnutrition so she was unable to feed the baby.

It's touching she did this for the child and nothing is better for a child than breast milk itself.

I was nearly moved to tears by this. The baby is eating so well, and is so engaged. As a woman who knows the powers of breastfeeding... it was just incredible.

And I doubt that the mother of this child minds if someone else feeds it. They said he was a sick little boy, it's entirely possible he's orphaned.

breast feeding is just giving someone nourishment. It has nothing to do with education or anything.. there's nothing two-sided about feeding someone else's baby if its hungry.. If you had a chocolate bar in your pocket and you weren't going to eat it wouldnt you give it someone who was hungry?
It's a puff piece yes and it was sensationalized bc she's a celebrity, and yes it won't solve problems in Africa... but it's just nice to see that she wasn't selfish.
