Yeah, the vid's kind of blurry. But I have a still photo of them and they're both wearing shoes - MK has flats, Ashley high heels.

Well, Ashley's definitely wearing shows. It's hard to tell if MK is. I don't think they knew - they look really surprised, almost shocked when it happened.

Good question. What's weird is they say "Slime!" but when it happens they look REALLY surprised. I think they were told to say "not cheese, slime!" but I don't think they knew what was going to happen. Their Oprah interview suggests they did not know.
