By BarbecueWeb [Affiliate User] 1206721068 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI feel so sad for the lobsters...this is coming from someone who had a pet crayfish for 4 years...he was called, "Raycray."

By dorowater [Affiliate User] 1206631060 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Remove-lump works well except it requires more "tenderin' of the fire". Lump is less predicable, more like wood off the woodpile. Some use a little bit of both....we use top quality briquettes, add some lump, and then some hardwood....depending on the recipe. Do it this way and your neighbors will start stoppin' by without an invite. -BBQ Pit Boys
