iv been using the male belt for ruffley 2 days now ,i like it but in the intrusctions it does not state wot the (7 Abdominal Toning Programmes) do and wot the differnce between them are,like is one program seeting for toneing and one for building muscle for example?or is 7 the the just the highest intennstiey?can sumone plz tell me i really want 2 know,fanx

thats the bigerst most emotive thing i have ever herd.. i got one of these, it makes it worse.. they will lie all they can for money, if u dont beleve me serch google on this product

The recommended usage is for 30 minutes a day with 5 workouts per week for optimal results.

Yes it works. I have had one for 2 years and it is really good!

Yeah this one should work its the only one of those ab machines approved by the FDA.

But the thing is dont just wear it and expect it to be all you have to do.

If you use this also be sure to do some cardio working out(like running on a treadmill and stuff) because its just like real exersice =)

I'm guessing it would work. This technology is from physical therapy...I play college ball and this is the kind of equiptment we use for p.t. And the stem therapy does work, it'll repair muscles and really does add to definition. But like someone else said, i bet you can't just use this and get those results.

I just bought mine and after 30 minutes for the first time i felt it. But don't wear it without the pads, hahahaha, you'll get SHOCKED! :P

Everything she says is great..but she doesn't rely on slendertone alone to achieve those results...that's for damn sure!

yeah i've always wondered if these things work.. i dont want to go and buy it and find out that it'll take a year before any results..and do they have this for other parts of the body?
specially for men.. ie. their chest
