Her debut album 'Outrageous' showcased her singing talent. And her move into film is setting the silver screen on fire. But glamorous actress Sherlyn Chopra is also out there supporting social causes. And one of those to benefit is PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. Here's more form Mumbai.

STORY:
Sherlyn made her presence felt in PETA by posing for a photo shoot in lingerie. She has also set the film screen's temperatures soaring with her first film Red Swastik.

Now the Bollywood actress is shooting a new music album called 'Dard-e-Sherlyn' in India's entertainment capital Mumbai.

She is paired opposite model Shawar Ali in the video shoot of her new album.

Sherlyn says she was inspired by Shah Rukh Khan's song 'Dard-e-Disco' in his latest "Let Peace Prevail."

[Sherlyn Chopra, Bollywood Star]:
"After my music album 'Outrageous' I thought of doing something new. A music album not just for the classes but for the masses as well. Now as you were watching I was shooting for my album's video and it is called 'Dard-e-Sherlyn'. After watching Shah Rukh's 'Dard-e-Disco' I thought I should also portray my pain on the screen in a positive manner. Because I don't have six-pack abs like Shahrukh has I'm going to show something else."

The actress has been trying to get an in in the silver screen, and just recently signed with the prestigious Yash Raj film studios.
