no, mel b never mentioned that in her autobiography. i think it was mel c since she supports homeless causes and wrote two songs about it. plus her parents were musicians and musicians dont make much if their not famous. plus, she has tons of bros i think so it'd make sense if at one point, they were homeless. thats my theory. :P
