You should go at your own pace. I've found some of it difficult, too. These people have probably done Billy's workout a million times, so don't feel bad if it's hard for you. Like I said, go at your own pace, and keep doing these exercises, and you will get better at them. Trying is better than nothing; never give up.

And when I have time I do the workout again before going to bed. It´s just so much fun and I think it´s part of my life. You´ll love it as soon as you get used to it and sometimes you´ll wonder how you lived before without tae Bo!! I´ve been doing this for barely six weeks now and I can hardly recognise myself. It´s amazing how fast you see the results.
