1: 5 cameras. Have fun blinding it!
2: 7 day sleep mode infiltration. The most patient sniper in history.

The most successful weapon the enemy has in this one is IED. If this thing can lay for 7 days, then it can observe the enemy planting IED. Problem solved.

The only thing I wonder about is its radio range.
Otherwise, 20 of these little bastards in any battlefield means we win.
I wouldn't want to try to take it down just by shooting it.

This is impressive. I guess theyre screwed if the gun jams or isn't loaded right. When the 249 is loaded and racked, there are a lot of Neglegent discharges. I imagine it running over bumps would cause them. That S**ks if people are around.

This is pretty cool except that the army wastes soo much money. What happens when a guy walks up behind it and snatches the machine gun? They probably didn't think about that.

Yes, but that's why it has five cameras, and also that would only happen if the enemy combatant saw the robot. You can't see something when there is no body heat, and the miniscule heat can be shielded to make it invisible to infrared.

and also, have they tested how resiliant these things are to returning fire? i mean, the sniper could have just destroyed the camerea!
