Jon Hinds, founder of the Monkey Bar Gym, shows you how to progress to a handstand against the wall, a no leg body row, using just your body weight and a simple Jungle Gym strap from the Monkey Bar Gym (available from www.MonkeyBarGym.com) and box jumps.
He also offers tips on proper form while running and jumping rope.
Squating makes your knees stronger , if you have an injury thats a different story.

squatting all the way to the floor is hard on some people knees...like mine...I was told not to squat like that. I used to when I played catcher in baseball and it messed up my knees.
