16gb for sure...I'm gonna get the 1st gen iTouch 16gb since it's only $20 more than the 8gb 2nd gen. Plus, I like the look of the 1st gen more than the 2nd and the 2nd gen isn't really better - the speaker S**ks and I don't need volume buttons...
