Alternating 3 different curls with dumbbells are a great way to finish up your arm flexor workout. You can also use this combo set to really strengthen your grip.

If you are short on time, perform 3 sets of 21 reps of alternating reverse, hammer and supinating curls.

When you perform the reverse curl, you should keep your elbows in towards your side and only pronate your wrist slightly.

Supinate the dumbbell as you approach 90 degrees arm angle to involve the biceps completely.
