your example of driving into someone's house is driving there to intentionally kill them, which is chargeable. accidental killing of other people is sometimes forgiven, take Brandy's case where she was recklessly driving and killed another person.

I guess your argument is also worth mentioning, but I just think of the virus malaria, not the mosquito. i just see the mosquito as the agent who carries malaria to its final target, without knowing malaria will eventually kill it.

on the other hand, if I drive you to someones house so that you could kill that someone, I would be charged with murder for being accomplished wouldn't I? In this case, the mosquito is the accomplice.

i see what your saying, but the malaria wouldn't affect quite so many people if it wasn't carried by the mosquitos.

by some definitions malaria is also an animal, so i guess you could say that it is the #1 killer also.

well technically its not the mosquito that kills, it's the malaria virus that is carried by the female anophelous mosquito. its not like she wants to bite kids to kill them. she wants to just have a snack. and she doesn't know she has the virus. meanwhile the virus just slips through and bam kids fall ill. so yea mosquito just plays the role as the carrier. in its defense it doesn't know it carries it.

hippos on the other hand, see, and kill. its a hippo's kill =)

What I think is a rhino killed by the lions is laying down with its stomach open and the other rhino ate the undigested grass. Could it be? Rhino's are not carniverous, are they?

well i like the rhino more with its vert thick skin would be a good defence against the hippo i would not wanna see dem fight though
