    Thanks for sharing. You can call the A7 chord with the D note in it an A7sus chord because in traditional harmony the D is a suspended note that would normally fall to the 3rd. That's what we call it in North America anyway. Your terminology A4-7 is technically correct and comprehensive though. There is still a ways to go for standardisation of nomenclature!

    You can play without capo, supraspeed. It isn´t possible to play it in the third position without capo. You had to use barrechords, but wouldn´t get the same result unless you had one more finger . . . Siggi
