This is a very bad video of a tune I came up with on my bamboo flute that I've been trying to learn. It's difficult but a lot of fun! Sorry that my camera has a bad microphone.

Also, I see from this video that my posture is pretty bad. If there are any real flute players out there, please critique me, as I have a long, long road ahead of me flute-playing wise.

well im a clarinet player but i can tell you that you should sit up straight, make your flute parralel to the floor, and put BOTH of ur legs down.

ok... you asked for ...
ok... you asked for critique. You should sit up straight, first of all, no crossing of the legs and hold the flute up more parallel to your body. You could get a cramp in your neck playing like you do in the video. Great breathing, good technique, decent tone. Just work on your posture, and you'll be good to go! :)
