As I Certified Accident Investigator I will lay blame for the MVA where the BMW side swiped the TDOT truck on the clow from DOT that had the traffic ctick set to direct flow into the crash rather thent o the left and away from it. He did realize it after the crash and changed it but hte driver hte hit him has a case!!!!
