As a life long Motown fan I am so amazed I can see these live performances on You Tube! Thanx poster! I have seen the Four Tops, Supremes, Martha Reeves, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross in concert - all excellent live performers! RIP Levi join Marvin and the rest to form a real Heavenly choir!

Such great voices, they sure are timeless !!!
Imagine they still sung this good when they were already at respectable age.

Just a month ago I was telling an acquaintance how I fall in love with voices rather than appearances--and that one of the voices at the top of my list belongs to Levi Stubbs. My sister and I wore out two copies of their first record. His cover of "Walk Away Rene," and his "voice magic" on "Bernadette" will haunt me (in the good way) for the rest of my life. My condolences to his wife and family. May Levi, with our love and appreciation, rest in peace, and may God have mercy on his sou.

I wonder how many people know that Levi Stubbs was Jackie Wilson's cousin. What a talented family. Joe Stubbs (of "100 Proof Aged in Soul) who preceded Levi in death was also a great singer. What a talented family!
