    gregg valentino made a mistake, but no one understands that he's probably one of the smartest bodybuilders in the world, he didn't use a drop of steroids before 2005 which was his only real mistake.

    most people don't realize that before he used steroids his arms were 23 inches. Almost nobody ON steroids can get that. He's an amazing bodybuilder either way.
