you don't understand this whole process...you can't do one thing for over 40 years 4 times a week even if you like it, you get bored..besides 60 is kinda old, in the gym i only see 1 maybe 2 that are working out, and they're not even lifting weight, they're just moving their legs...you'd understand when you get to that age, and i am only 18..
