And whether you think its gay, propaganda, a bad movie or whatever, the filmmaker is simply expressing him/herself in what I like to call the "sum of all arts." So don't go around talking S**t about the filmmaking profession. They have more of a life than you do.

And if it weren't for those soldiers you'd probably be speaking German right now. These men made the ultimate sacrifice, they deserve our respect and may we continue making great films about them!

As a filmmaker myself, who would have loved to have been involved in a film such as this, and as the grandson of a WWII vet, I take personal offense from your comments. Those actors are making sure we never forget the sacrifice the real soldiers made on that day. And the filmmakers are paying tribute in their own way, to the soldiers that died for their freedom. If this is boring to you why are you even watching this?
