These guys have truly amazing vertical jumps, I got my vertical jump workout from www.TheVerticalJumpProject.info and have increased my jump height by 7 inches at the time of posting! And still going! These guys must use a similar workout :)

    when u check your vertical you do it from a stand still or one step and you jump of both feet.

    They are the greatest jumpers in the world. But I think Leonel Marshall has a bit bigger jump than 50 inch because like all the volleyball players he jumps from two legs not one like basketball players.
