    For all you confused people out there, a Bill Mitchell small block 454 is 4.25" bore and 4.0" stroke. 4.25" is max recomended bore with aftermarket block, but tall deck blocks make 454 + c.i.d. possible, with 500 a possibility.

    Nova and Chevelle are very similar, but anyways that is not a 454(454 is a big block btw). it is a 350 and sorry dariela7 a 350 is a small block.
