He is definitely on ...
He is definitely on the chuck with the ram. We have rams just as long at some of our satellite plants. I am guessing he is sitting on it to keep it up and in position while the operator makes contact. Since it is hanging by the small hoist it would have to be resting on the chuck or he would be sitting on the ground along with the jack.

2:56 The ram is in a central neutral position, so if you want to work on it or do anything it takes two persons and downward force on the other side which is what I think is happening. The ram seems a little far way from the form.

Was he jacking the strand while a coworker sat on the ram at 2:56? Is there form oil being applied at 4:32 right over embedded hardware? Very clean production area.
