However, the effect you describe is the Kozai Mechanism, which describe the behavior of an object in a highly inclined orbit. For example, it explains why Comet Hale-Bopp's orbit went from 4200 years to 2380 years back in in 1996. All this is explained in the book at length.

Its not possible for such a planet to orbit around ower sun... if u even think about it.. it passing throw ower planets orbit would destabilise the movement of planets causing them to ither spin incontrolable, get out of orbit or even crash... dont think an object with such a mass would not count

the flood and the ten plagues of egypt happened at two different points in time. If this thing passes every 3600 years then it cannot be what caused both events. but then you can also say that we don't know how long the effects would last. but that doesn't explain the giant gap, in between the events, where nothing happened.
