15 seconds work time
35 second break between each superset
2 sets for each superset

20 seconds work time
30 second break between each superset
3 sets for each superset

30 seconds work time
25 second break in between each superset
3 sets for each superset

1a Standard Pushup
1b Dumbell Squat

2a Chinup
2b Forward Lunges

3a Shoulder Dumbell Press
3b Hamstring Curl

4a Mountain Climber
4b Standard Plank

To maximize your results:
Perform Inerval Training cardio as soon as possible after this routine.

E.G. Sprint for 20 seconds, Walk for 30 seconds, repeat 6 times!

a superset is one exercise completed for the reccomended amount of time followed 
straight after by the next exercise. After completing both for the recommended time you
would have completed ONE set of a superset.
