By 2bigchief [Affiliate User] 1204514810 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removewell.... u could put it that way, but i feel in terms of moral support the ICs are at a disadvantage.? like in this episode,the challenger has ppl cheering on him every 15 mins but for the iron chief he has to please the judges and doesn't have any moral support while his at it.and sometimes if u aren't a strong individual it could lower ur standards.

When you work in a team you don't have to micro-manage them. They know exactly what and how to do what you want. The IC's have an advantage because they don't have to micro-manage. The only time I recall an IC complaining was during one of the "King Tournament" segments. He was on the challenger side and said something like "Everything's backwards! I keep going the wrong way" (Chen-san?)
