Get Smart - 2x08 - Hoo Done It - Part 1

A lot of the old t.v. shows were simply genius and 100% better than anything on television these days. Unfortunately, they usually ruin it with movies that are usually nothing like the originals.

Not much hope. It was Max's facial expressions that made him so funny, not the phyiscal commedy. This new guy doesn't have that ability to mug. And I'm face blind and I even realise that!

This isn't "Hoo Done It", but "The Amazing Harry Hoo". Too bad it isn't the first part of "Hoo Done It", because it had that great line about infiltrating the Japanese high command....

I purchased all 5 seasons of Get Smart on DVD from a guy on EBay for $45. They're recorded directly from his TV, and granted they're not DVD quality, but they're still pretty good, ALL the episodes are present, and I didn't pay that outrageous Time-Life price of $200! Good enough for me, and the price was right. GREAT SHOW!!

Is that '63 Impala a SuperSport? Looks like it has bucket seats, I can't tell from the emblem on the back quarterpanel......

Dick Guatier portrayed Hymie the Robot, and if I'm correct, he's allowed to play other characters.

To answer my own question, there is a movie on Get Smart using that actor from the 40 yr old virgin. It's coming out June 20th I think and the chick who's playing 99 is a spunk and they got the Rock playing agent 23. Terance Stamp is the Kaos agent but I can't remember who's playing the Chief. The funny thing that the guy who's playing Smart is exactly like Don Adams, plays him quite well. Saw on a trailer there a few days ago...soon after i wrote the below comment, funny enough.
