    thx for the information...btw,i had try using the white vinegar but it a bit tasteless and strong acidic..so i add sugar on it and it taste better afterthat.

  • well, "sushi rice" ...

    well, "sushi rice" and "normal rice" are the same thing, uncooked. just any rice will do, just not uncle bens.. bleh. and yes you can use white vinegar, it waoks out just the same. hope i've helped ^^
