Part 8 - Caught in the Crossfire. To escape Confederate artillery, Colonel Roy Stone's "Bucktail" Brigade changes position, but his men find themselves under intense crossfire. By the end of the day, 75% of the Brigade's 149th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry is lost with Captain Alfred Sofield among the deceased.
