Here's why: This highly modified 2005 Ariel Atom with its supercharged, 375-horsepower, 2.0-liter Honda engine hits 60 mph from a standstill in 2.8 seconds. Two-point-eight seconds! With an exclamation point! (And we never use an exclamation point.)

Read the description... It's a turbo-charged (and typically riced, sadly... great engine) Honda... And we all know a Honda actually can make good power if you don't just take a hammer to your muffler.

You didn't send me msg. Why say that you did when you did not? Not trying to be a dick or anything, but it's impossible to double the power for H22 staying NA, even if it's 400 at crank. The only way to achieve good numbers are FI. I have had numerous hondas and my last handa was rsx type-s and I know for fact that even with all the bolt ons I could maybe get to 200 whp. It's fast, considering how much rsx weights but I'm not talking about crazy numbers here.

Skidpad is a small circle track. They run the car around the track and try to find the "breaking point", or the point where the tires break loose and the car begins to lose control. Instead of speed, they measure the skidpad in G-forces. Skidpad and slalom measurements refer to handling ability, with slalom being the ability to respond to quick changes in direction, and skidpad being the ability to hold a turn at a high speed.

They may get a quicker 0-60 if they start in 2nd... or are they?

I expected better skidpad and slalom numbers off this car. I guess because of the low weight, I expected to see more than 1g on the skidpad, and a really high slalom (like 75 or 76 mph).
