Day 18 of 30. I chose to revisit and update the NAVY SEALS AB Routine. You need to do 10 reps per movement. Work up to 3 sets if you can. Your abs are built in the kitchen. It is okay to cheat once in a while. But remember to put in the work- daily cardio and smart eating/hydrating, and you will be fine.
