yeah, it's mostly the protestant faiths that will still teach that. The Roman Catholic and the Byzantine Catholic churches are working their ways out of the dark ages. Little bit of a slow process but that's what you get for teaching something for hundreds of years.

A 4000 year old earth is too much of a young age even for a christian i think. I read from many documents and the theologians range it from 6000 to 10000 year,whatever.
