Robin Hood - A Good Day To Die/We Are Robin Hood

Is this some sort of joke?!
Because, at this instance (well, any instance for that matter), I miserably fail to see the punch line...

Before the backlash begins on this comment, I think I should clarify my position.

All the version of Robin Hood I have read, and the movies I've seen, It has always been Robin and Marion. It's one thing that Lucy leaves the show. But killer her character was wrong. As a fan, I feel disappointed by the writers of this show. This is why I made the comment. Without Marion, what's the point? It would be like killing Lois Lane in Superman.

Djaq was cool. I think I liked her better than Azeem in Prince of Thieves.

This show jumped the shark.

It would have been better to either recast Marion or cancel the show after season 1.

Im a little sad about the ending But in a good way I love all the characters and the wit on the show is amazing even though Marian died the show is still great these first two seasons alone are awesome They gave us a wedding in the most intense traumatic beautiful way Its a reminder that life goes on and yeah people die but this isnt Harry Potter the character are going to die and change and grow We saw how wonderful and completely they loved I wouldnt be nearly as happy with a story book ending

YES..especially when they lied and past the blame to Lucy....no wonder she didnt come and say anything!!!!....if it does turn out to be true...then im sure it will change alot of peoples views...

i read over on LJ that someone received a letter from lucy and in it she said it was NOT her decision to leave - if this is true i can't understand why they would want to get rid of her - very angry with BBC

I would not like the show nearly as much if she was dead!!!! I am hoping that she is alive and here's why.
You don't actaully see her burried. Will and Djaq are staying behind to look after her while she recovers. ( Why else would Robin say to Will take care of her, Djaq can take care of herself) Robin did not seem nearly as upset as he did the last time she "died" And where was Robin comming from when the rest of the gang was talking To Will and Djaq, Was he saying good bye to Marian?

she rocks more than rock music..and rock music is the greatest thing ever (apart from the thing that rocks more than it =D)

For me its just case now of waiting for the press release regarding series 3...dont hold your breath though....there not gonna announce that lucy is returning :(

the episode theyre talking about is the last episode of season 1. this is the end of season 2 she's dead...which really S**ks coz she rocks

i think they are talking of the last episode of the first season " the return of the king"

that happned at the end of the first series.....i wish it could happen again though...Luct wont be back.....its just a case of wating till they announce more on series 3 now....

I just see this last episode. I could not believe it!!! I've looked for information - to see if Marian really dies - and in the official BBC web I saw this:
