Click on "WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY". This is a video record of The First Coast Plein Air Painters' (FCPAP) paintout, June 29, 2008 at Walter Jones Historical Park in Mandarin, Florida. Beautiful day, lots of wildlife and wonderful scenes to paint and/or draw. Wish you all could have joined us, it was fun.
My personal experiment with this one, was the use of a VERY LIMITED set of colors: Process Yellow, Cyan, Magenta, Black and white. My canvas size is 18x24. I time lapsed three of us in the same area painting using a wide angle attachment on the front of the camera (hense a little distortion there).

Thanks for watching and rating!!!

  • Great camera and ...

Great camera and editing work you get a real sense of the outdooors and how a each artist in the group choses a different subject.
I see that you favour acrylic because they dry quickly,I prefer Windsor&Newton watermixable oils.
    Nice work.5 stars

  • Thanks. My wife ...

Thanks. My wife recently bought a french style easel for me and I knew it would not hold my "normal" armada of tubes, so i am trying this approach in limiting what I will be carrying with me... sort of like golf with fewer clubs... makes it a bit more interesting as to the final outcome. Take care, Thanks for Watching!!
