OUCH!!! I landed ...
OUCH!!! I landed like that snow skiing and ruptured a disk in my neck (it took 4 years before the dr figured out what I did cause I got up and kept skiing) Watching this makes me hurt all over again.

OMG that made me yelp. It looked so painful! I had a fall on bars doing the simplest skill and I was almost paralyzed... I'm glad she didn't break her back and that it was only a sprain... but still... what a nasty fall.
