    yes, you are totally correct. paranoia is a healthy thing when dealing with electricity. and you need to match the breakers to the panel, i always bring the old breakers to the store to match the old with the new.

    240 volt main in most us homes will stop your heart fast. your are right to recommend caution! I have to say again, that I love your vids. I am so paranoid that whenever I open a panel, I still probe with a meter to make damn sure i don't get hit with a transient current. good video! under current code, I think you are required to use the same brand breaker as box. but don't quote me on that.
