I thanks to my sister have been smoke free since 2-14-08
She can be a pain but she pushed me and pushed me and I did it I feel so much better!! Now I need to stop or slow down on my drinking! I know I should stop but like they say one thing at a time, once I find a new job may be then I can relax and do that for now I am a wreck! im on day 3 of no smoking and i am doing my best it is not easy yea i know day 3 is no biggie to some but to me it means the world day 3 will be day 6 then day 30 i must take it 1 day at a time well if you have any info to help PLEASSE feel free to let me know

i don't see why everyone hates cig smoke...i think its alright. yes its kind of gross thinking about them smoking but the smell doesn't bother me. And I think cigar smoke smell kind of good. (no i don't "second hand smoke" on purpose. i caddie so theres always someone smoking a cigar.)

When I smell people who have just had a smoke and how bad they reek, I'm actually embarassed that people had to put up with smelling me stink like that. Ugh! Best wishes to your girlfriend! I know this vid wouldn't have stopped either of us. Having the real thing happen sure did!

I'm glad you posted this video. I have a 34 year old girlfriend who will not quit smoking. I doubt sending her this vid will do anything but I can try. I hate to see her killing herself with ever puff. It's so disgusting.
